1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the athosdata.com website and of the Athos Data support channels, including WhatsApp. By using the website or contacting us, you agree to them. The contracted services (platform, dashboards and automations) are also governed by the contract or proposal signed with each client, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms. The Portuguese version of these terms prevails in case of any difference.

2. Who we are

The website is run by 60.202.354 IGOR SANTOS DE MACEDO, registered under CNPJ No. 60.202.354/0001-40, based in Bragança Paulista/SP, doing business as Athos Data. Athos Data builds dashboards, automations and artificial intelligence solutions for industrial companies, law firms and real estate agencies.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website and our channels lawfully. You may not:

• try to access restricted areas or other people's data without authorization;
• interfere with the website or the platform, including through abusive automated access;
• send illegal or offensive content, viruses or other malicious code;
• use the website or our channels for fraud or to impersonate someone else.

4. Client area

Access to the platform is personal and requires a login provided by Athos Data. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and must tell us as soon as you suspect misuse of your account.

5. WhatsApp support

• We use the official WhatsApp Business API for customer service, support and service notices.
• By messaging us or agreeing to be contacted, you agree to receive replies and messages related to our support and services. To stop, reply STOP, PARAR or SAIR.
• Information given by message is guidance only. Prices, deadlines and conditions are binding only once set out in a proposal or contract.
• Use of WhatsApp is also subject to the WhatsApp Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Athos Data brand, logo, texts, layout, code and other creations on the website and the platform belong to Athos Data or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use this material without written permission. The data a client puts on the platform remains the client's.

7. Information on the website

Result figures shown on the website, such as savings and efficiency percentages, are references and vary with each operation. Targets and service levels apply only when set out in a contract.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website online and accurate, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or because of third party failures. Athos Data is not liable for damage caused by misuse of the website, by failures of third party services (internet, WhatsApp, cloud providers) or by the content of external sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code when it applies.

How we use your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of this page, and the version published here is the one in force.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Bragança Paulista/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in their place of residence.
